CalibrX is Australia’s leading HubSpot recruitment agency, and we are partnering with a specialist consulting business that delivers HubSpot solutions across the APAC region.

We are looking for a Senior HubSpot Consultant with strong multi-Hub experience who can independently manage complex implementations from discovery through to go-live. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their sales and operational processes, translate requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions and ensure the platform delivers long-term value.

This is a senior, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys combining hands-on HubSpot configuration with project leadership, strategic advice and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:
Lead complex HubSpot implementations across Sales, Service, Marketing and Data Hubs

• Manage projects from discovery and solution design through to configuration, testing, training and go-live
• Configure and optimise HubSpot, including workflows, automation, reporting and advanced Sales Hub functionality
• Lead data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation and migration planning
• Design and deliver native HubSpot integrations and integrations with third-party platforms
• Work closely with Solutions Architects on complex technical and architectural requirements
• Facilitate customer workshops, project updates and strategic discussions
• Identify opportunities to improve customers’ sales processes, automation, reporting and overall CRM maturity
• Deliver tailored training and enablement sessions to support platform adoption
• Provide guidance and support to other HubSpot Consultants across the delivery team

Experience:

• 3+ of CRM implementation experience
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and Service Hub
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-hub HubSpot implementations
• A strong understanding of sales processes, revenue operations and CRM best practices
• Experience with complex workflows, automation, data migrations and integrations
• HubSpot certifications across Sales, Service and Marketing Hubs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience
• Confidence in challenging customer requirements and recommending the most effective solution
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
