We’re looking for a high-impact Senior Salesforce BA to join a global business and help translate complex stakeholder needs into clear, build-ready outcomes on the Salesforce platform.
This role suits someone with strong Salesforce capability and the confidence to manage global stakeholders 

What you’ll be doing

• Lead discovery workshops and translate requirements into Salesforce-ready user stories, acceptance criteria and epics
• Be front and centre with stakeholders – presenting requirements, driving alignment, and keeping delivery on track
• Partner with the Technical Lead on solution design and challenge assumptions / scope where needed
• Own UAT planning and validation, working closely with business testers across regions
• Support innovation initiatives including AI-related use cases, data and reporting (Tableau/analytics-style needs)
• Assist leadership with scope, priorities, and budget/spend visibility

What we’re looking for

• Senior BA experience on enterprise Salesforce programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication – able to influence at multiple levels
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (you can explain “what’s possible” clearly)
• Comfortable in agile delivery and working with common tooling (Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence)
• A proactive mindset: you ask “how can we improve this?” not just “what do you want?”

Nice to have

• Salesforce Admin / Service Cloud Consultant certification
• Exposure to AI/automation use cases and data-heavy environments
